In this prestigious building, we have two very spacious and elegant apartments, optimal for families and couples. Each apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with two sofabeds, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms.
Both the apartments have a large cool terrace, furnished with a table and chairs and sun beds, where you can eat and relax. They share with other apartments the wide and beautiful garden, where children can play in the shade of ancient pines.
There is also a table-tennis for the guest of the Residence. In the back of the garden, there is a wide private parking area that is adjacent to the famous old pine-wood where is possible walking, running and cycling.
